EV-Rider

Many elderly members of society and those with walking difficulties rely on electric vehicles throughout the week. However, standard vehicles may not be used on Shabbat.

EV Rider therefore offers the "Shabbat Controller," an innovative mechanism designed by the Tzomet Institute that enables the religiously observant to use EV Rider mobilizers on Shabbat and holidays in accordance with the Halachic ruling of leading authorities, based on the principle of kevod habriyut, human dignity.

This special mechanism, which can be added to some of the EV Rider Mobilizers, is an additional key that indirectly activates a unique electronic scanner, thereby connecting the engine with the battery through sophisticated electronic circuitry.

This ensures that all can participate fully in society regardless of any mobility difficulties, living complete and fulfilling lives with dignity.
